How to Use:

1. Bond: Apply a thin coat at the base of your natural lashes. Wait a few seconds to let it get tacky.
2. Apply Lashes: Place your lash clusters or strip lashes. Press gently to secure.
3. Seal: Once lashes are set, swipe the Seal over the base to lock in and remove residue.
